- Partial Refund: Cancel 0-6 days before check-in (50% refund of deposit amount).
- No Refund: Cancellations after check-in.
2. No-Shows
- Guests who fail to check in without prior notice forfeit the full token amount.
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days.
- Reflecting can take 7-10 days as per the individual bank policies.
4. Force Majeure
- The facility offers adaptable rescheduling options or complete refunds in circumstances involving natural disasters, pandemics, or unexpected incidents, contingent upon verification of the stated cause.
